Welcome
to the Our
goal is to provide the best possible wrestling experience to our youth
members. All aspects of wrestling
including drills, skills, conditioning, and strategies are covered in a
positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Life skills such as discipline, commitment, hard work, and
sportsmanship are also an important part of our program. Our
coaching staff has a broad range of wrestling/coaching experience at the
youth, High School and Collegiate levels.
Many have grown up with the PHWC and have their own children and
friends now involved in our program.
All of our coaches have been accredited through the California/USA
Wrestling Training Program. Wrestling
is an exciting and rewarding sport that instills the values of Sportsmanship,
Discipline, Hard Work, and Self-Control.
We would like to invite you to become a part of our organization. If you have any questions we may be reached
